Description

  • Respond quickly to inbound inquiries using a consultative sales approach.
  • Qualify prospects, tailor solutions to their needs, and close business at a high conversion rate.
  • Re-engage archived, inactive, or lost leads with strategic offers and alternatives.
  • Use geographic targeting to improve route density and service efficiency in priority markets.
  • Follow up after service to maximize customer satisfaction and convert one-time customers into recurring subscribers.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities between scheduled services.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and disciplined sales follow-up.
  • Communicate professionally and persuasively with customers as a representative of the TurFresh brand.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English with warm, professional, and persuasive communication style.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling and closing at strong conversion rates.
  • Strong sales discipline and consistent CRM updating with accuracy.
  • Ownership mindset and accountability in customer interactions.
  • Ability to work remotely from LATAM with Pacific Time Zone availability within reason.
  • Experience selling into inbound-demand or service-based sales environments (preferred).
  • Experience with GHL CRM, Jobber, and Microsoft Teams (preferred).
  • Ability to handle recurring-revenue, upsell, and subscription-based sales opportunities (preferred).
