Description

  • Own and manage a robust sales pipeline for the assigned territory, including consistent activity and accurate forecasting against quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for enterprise customers in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Mobilize Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Executives to present Pure Storage’s value proposition to IT and business leaders.
  • Build and deepen relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to position Pure Storage as a long-term strategic partner.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial contact through final contract execution.
  • Coordinate team-selling efforts with internal peers and external strategic channel partners to win new business.
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new logo business across target accounts in the territory.
  • Navigate opportunities from executive-level discussions through technical evaluation and deployment conversations.

Requirements

  • Experience engaging customers with strong executive presence and the ability to uncover business challenges.
  • A Challenger Mindset with thought leadership and the creativity to use customer insights and technology expertise to displace incumbents.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes across internal teams and external channel partners.
  • Strong territory management and prospecting skills with a consistent track record of building a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Demonstrated success opening new logo opportunities and driving revenue in a territory-based sales role.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Executives, and strategic partners.
  • Experience selling to enterprise customers and senior decision-makers, including C-level executives.
  • Location and territory coverage in North Texas.
  • Annual base salary range of $130,000 to $208,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for incentive pay and/or equity.
