Description

  • Generate and qualify new opportunities through outbound outreach, partnerships, and networking.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through closing in enterprise accounts.
  • Achieve monthly pipeline generation goals and quarterly pipeline conversion goals.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quota targets.
  • Provide accurate quarterly forecasting and revenue tracking.
  • Present Measured’s positioning, capabilities, and product demonstrations to C-level stakeholders.
  • Maintain a feedback loop with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Build deep expertise in Measured’s products and services.
  • Operate in support of Measured’s mission and company OKRs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Experience selling into enterprise organizations, preferably in complex sales cycles.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience with one or more sales qualification frameworks or methodologies.
  • Success in a high-growth company environment.
  • Ability to work independently, make calculated decisions, and handle ambiguity.
  • Strong teamwork mindset focused on company and team goals.
  • Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Comfort with rapid change; initiative to improve processes and try new things.
