Description

  • Develop executive-level relationships within your territory.
  • Own customer engagements end-to-end from prospecting and qualification through close.
  • Demonstrate a solution-based sales process across complex sales campaigns.
  • Strategically outbound prospect to build pipeline.
  • Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including POCs and pricing negotiations.
  • Sell to executives and CXOs within target customer organizations.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
  • Experience selling into complex environments, preferably public sector accounts such as local government, K-12, or higher education.
  • Strong track record of overachieving quota.
  • Experience with cold calling, outreach generation, and relationship building.
  • Solid understanding of SFDC and accurate forecasting methodology.
  • Ability to travel up to twice per quarter for onsite meetings.
  • Experience working on large, complex deals is preferred.
  • Experience speaking in front of executive-level audiences is preferred.
  • Awards or recognition for top achievement, such as President’s Club, Winner’s Circle, or Top 10%, are preferred.
