Description

  • Source and qualify pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Manage evaluation cycles and close new business from first conversation through first revenue.
  • Navigate complex sales deals and run the full deal cycle effectively.
  • Communicate the value of Hologram’s platform to multiple customer personas.
  • Build expertise in the company’s market and customer base.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Strategic Accounts, Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Customer Success to grow pipeline and improve productivity.
  • Support product and process improvements as the organization scales.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and accountability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales and closing experience in a complex sales funnel, preferably in Wireless or IoT.
  • Experience in IoT sales.
  • Formal value selling training such as Force Management or Challenger; MEDDIC preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Detail-oriented and organized work style.
  • Proficiency with SFDC, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to turn broad goals into specific plans, work through obstacles, and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to move quickly on both urgent customer needs and larger problems.
  • Eagerness to keep learning and growing at any stage of your career.
  • Experience landing and expanding in a usage-based or consumption-based product, preferred.
  • Experience navigating enterprise sales cycles, preferred.
  • Experience leveraging AI in sales processes, preferred.
  • Bilingual ability in Spanish, French, or German, preferred.

Benefits

  • $130,000 base salary plus commission.
  • $260,000 total annual target compensation, split 50/50 between base and commission.
