Description

  • Maintain and share accurate renewal results, forecasts, and customer trends.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success and Account Executives on account strategy.
  • Deliver against team and individual performance targets.
  • Lead strategic renewals and support complex deals.
  • Embed a value-led renewals motion across the EMEA business.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the team scales globally.
  • Hire, onboard, develop, and lead an inclusive, high-performing renewals team.
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to support retention and renewal outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales management experience.
  • 8+ years of overall sales experience.
  • Experience working with high-volume SMB/MM and large Enterprise customers across EMEA markets, including the UK/I, France, and Germany.
  • Exceptional track record of overperforming business objectives and sales targets.
  • Demonstrated success in a high-pressure, performance-driven sales environment.
  • Proven ability to hire, train, manage, and motivate talented sales teams.
  • History of thriving in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and influencing skills, including executive-level communication.
  • Strong empathy toward customers and passion for revenue and growth.
  • Renewals and SaaS experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
