Description

  • Own the customer relationship and guide enterprise customers through successful deployment and adoption of Samsara’s solution.
  • Manage implementation for large-scale customers and help them achieve quick time to value.
  • Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage and adoption.
  • Track implementation progress, customer participation, product adoption, and account health.
  • Run training sessions and demonstrate the platform for executives and day-to-day users.
  • Work through customer obstacles and resolve issues across multiple use cases.
  • Juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.
  • Deeply understand Samsara’s platform capabilities and explain them clearly to different customer audiences.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural values while supporting global growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting roles.
  • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting or working with technical products.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and solutions-oriented skills.
  • Experience with end-to-end system implementations.
  • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and day-to-day users.
  • Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when handling customer issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience serving a large and complex customer base in B2B SaaS preferred.
