Description

  • Act as a subject matter expert on the Outreach platform and trusted advisor to customers and internal teams.
  • Partner with Sales to identify prospect tools, business processes, opportunities, and risks through in-depth discovery.
  • Qualify opportunities by analyzing customer and prospect business processes and surfacing issues to address during the sales process.
  • Deliver product demonstrations that highlight Outreach's business value.
  • Understand stakeholder goals and value propositions within customer organizations.
  • Communicate customer and prospect pains and requirements to onboarding and implementation teams.
  • Stay current on sales trends and technology through ongoing learning from industry sources.
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and other internal teams to improve the platform and customer experience.
  • Share product and selling knowledge with other Outreach teams to strengthen their ability to support customers and prospects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Consultant, Account Executive, SDR, or Customer Success Manager.
  • Strong curiosity and the ability to ask thoughtful questions that uncover meaningful insights.
  • Ability to translate customer use cases and business goals into scalable, value-based solutions.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging demonstrations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholder personas.
  • Experience in a sales-adjacent or customer-facing environment is required.
  • Experience with customer examples and industry insights in presentations is preferred.
  • Location in the United States; the role is listed as remote and associated with Seattle, WA.

  • Annual on-target earnings of $115,000 to $135,000, with the posted base compensation range shown as $115,000 to $140,000.
