Description

  • Lead the global end-to-end post-sale implementation strategy for venue management, CRM, and marketing solutions.
  • Oversee a global organization of 50+ professionals across implementation functions.
  • Refine and scale onboarding playbooks to improve time-to-first-value through automation and repeatable processes.
  • Own performance and productivity across the implementation vertical using data to optimize funnels and reduce support ticket volume.
  • Coach and develop Senior Managers and their teams to strengthen engagement and professional growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Success teams to incorporate customer feedback into the roadmap.
  • Manage multiple management layers across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Track key operational metrics and ensure a seamless handoff from implementation to long-term support.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading implementation and onboarding in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale global organizations of 50+ people.
  • Experience overseeing technical onboarding and support functions.
  • Strong orientation toward operational KPIs such as activation rates, CSAT, and support response times.
  • 5+ years of experience in post-sale operations in SaaS or restaurant technology.
  • Experience with restaurant technology platforms such as POS, marketplace, or CRM solutions.
  • Deep understanding of hospitality operations is preferred.
  • High proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, JIRA, and other process optimization tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach managers and senior managers in a “leader of leaders” capacity.

  • Base salary range of $138,720 to $204,000 USD.
  • Total on-target earnings of $163,200 to $240,000 USD, including base and commissions.
