Description

  • Serve as a dedicated technical advisor and trusted partner for customers.
  • Define outcome-driven operational plans aligned to security and business objectives.
  • Develop mutual action plans to improve time-to-value and product maturity.
  • Identify high-impact use cases and guide them into production.
  • Proactively brief customers on new platform capabilities and deliver tailored enablement sessions.
  • Provide best-practice recommendations based on customer architecture, usage, and roadmap alignment.
  • Train customers on Salt’s best practices and contribute to customer success methodologies.
  • Prepare standardized success reporting and board-level content on adoption and progress.
  • Partner with Sales and Sales Engineers to deliver Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Guide customers in building their own API security standards programs and support deployment through post-implementation success.
  • Manage customer relationships across users, operators, and executive stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback to Product and R&D through Jira, issue tracking, and feature prioritization.
  • Contribute to building and improving internal systems, processes, and team capabilities in a high-growth startup.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in solution delivery, customer management, consulting, or technical account management, preferably in SaaS environments.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level customer relationships, including senior stakeholders.
  • Technical background in network security, API ecosystem, AppSec, WAF, RASP, or similar security products.
  • Understanding of HTTP protocol details and tools such as Postman.
  • Proven track record contributing to retention, upsell, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in computer science, cybersecurity, project management, or a related field.
