Description

  • Act as a technical liaison between Engineering and go-to-market teams, including Sales Engineering and Professional Services.
  • Translate new features, deployment requirements, and system behaviors into documentation, enablement content, demo environments, and tooling.
  • Assist with internal setup and deployment of DSPM components, including Kubernetes-based microservices, data connectors, and APIs.
  • Validate internal staging and demo environments and help ensure they are ready for use.
  • Develop internal technical resources such as playbooks, integration guides, architecture diagrams, and field enablement materials.
  • Support go-to-market teams with API usage, scripting, and basic troubleshooting during proof-of-concept and pilot phases.
  • Read, interpret, and sometimes modify basic code or configuration files to support debugging and integration efforts.
  • Validate deployment workflows across cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Work closely with Engineering to understand product changes and deployment behavior.
  • Help align internal deployment practices with field-ready support processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical role within an engineering or product-focused organization.
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes and containerized services.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of data infrastructure such as SQL, data lakes, or data warehouses.
  • Comfort with basic scripting in Python or shell scripting for setup, API work, or integration testing.
  • Ability to read and understand application code or configuration files such as Python, YAML, or JSON.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts across teams.
  • Familiarity with DSPM, CSPM, or adjacent data security and privacy tools is preferred.
  • Prior experience in Sales Engineering enablement, solution delivery, or product support roles is preferred.
  • Experience with Helm, Terraform, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
  • Exposure to compliance or risk management concepts such as SOC 2 or GDPR is preferred.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments or with distributed technical teams is preferred.
