Description

  • Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and configuration for new and existing customer programs.
  • Translate customer security requirements into tailored program designs and platform configurations.
  • Conduct technical program reviews, kickoff meetings, and walkthroughs with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to platform integrations, vulnerability workflows, and reporting.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact during program launches to ensure smooth transitions and early success.
  • Provide guidance on offensive security engagements, vulnerability triage, communication workflows, and integration best practices.
  • Collaborate with customer relationship managers and sales teams to align technical delivery with customer expectations.
  • Partner with product, engineering, operations, and line-of-business owners to share customer feedback and advocate for enhancements.
  • Develop and improve onboarding playbooks, technical documentation, and enablement materials.
  • Support continuous improvement of delivery processes to improve consistency, quality, and scalability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as implementation, solutions architecture, technical program management, or professional services.
  • Deep knowledge of pentest, bug bounty, and red team methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-facing mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with offensive security engagements and vulnerability triage (preferred based on role scope).
  • Ability to work remotely 100% of the time.
  • Ability to complete physical job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to sit or stand in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
  • Ability to carry or move a laptop as needed throughout the workday.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $85,120 to $106,400.
