Description

  • Act as the primary on-camera and on-stage face of the RYNO brand across video, social, and live platforms.
  • Own and evolve the brand strategy and marketing architecture for the Home Services vertical.
  • Design and execute a partnership roadmap that builds strategic alliances with industry leaders, influencers, and vendors.
  • Scale the content engine, including video, social, and thought leadership production, by managing creative talent and vendors.
  • Own the end-to-end Pitch to Podium process, including identifying events, pitching speaking opportunities, and delivering keynotes, panels, and hosted events.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and lead generation.
  • Translate brand narratives into measurable plans and adjust messaging using market sentiment and lead-generation data.
  • Build and maintain narratives that turn industry interactions into direct business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience marketing professional service providers at scale, ideally in a high-growth agency or vendor-side environment.
  • Home Services industry experience is a significant advantage.
  • 2+ years of experience representing a brand publicly, including keynote speaking and moderating large panels.
  • 3–5 years of experience in trade show management and securing high-visibility speaking slots through pitching and abstract development.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn complex B2B strategies into compelling stories that influence market sentiment and lead generation.
  • Deep, hands-on experience managing content distribution across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
  • Proven ability to build creative teams and production systems from the ground up while also executing copywriting, storytelling, and vendor management.
  • High-level proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO/Paid Media tools.
  • Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate production and insights.
  • Strong comfort and credibility engaging with partners, C-suite executives, and industry stakeholders in live and digital settings.
