Description

  • Establish frameworks, tools, and standards for translating product roadmaps into actionable technical requirements.
  • Develop solution design practices with Product, CX, Architecture, Engineering, Data, Compliance, and Design teams.
  • Lead technical product definition for initiatives spanning registration, identity, payments, promotions, and player engagement.
  • Align solutions with unified architecture strategy, performance goals, and regulatory requirements.
  • Improve backlog refinement, dependency management, and system-level feasibility assessment processes.
  • Coach product managers and engineers in systems thinking, technical requirements writing, and solution planning.
  • Define and track metrics for solution quality, delivery predictability, activation, retention, and business outcomes.
  • Occasionally travel domestically and internationally.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product, engineering, or solution architecture roles, ideally in high-scale regulated industries such as gaming, payments, fintech, or healthcare.
  • Experience building and leading organizational-level technical product practices, solution definition, system design, or architecture alignment.
  • Strong business and product mindset with the ability to work across product layers from UX through architecture.
  • Understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and CI/CD.
  • Ability to translate product intent into clear technical requirements, including sequence diagrams when needed.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary and globally distributed teams.
  • Experience working in hybrid organizations across multiple markets.
  • Hands-on ability to work through ambiguity, establish direction, and create scalable processes.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, KYC, or compliance-driven workflows is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, domestically and internationally.
