Description

  • Own AI Labs’ product strategy, roadmap, and product definition.
  • Scale BizDraft after launch and guide Ordinum and BizPulse toward launch decisions.
  • Identify, size, and prioritize 2–5 additional AI product opportunities.
  • Hire and lead a small team of AI-native Product Owners.
  • Use existing airSlate products and customer insights to identify new AI use cases.
  • Define precise product requirements, priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs with engineering leadership.
  • Decide which internal AI systems should transition to functional teams and which remain within AI Labs.
  • Partner with marketing and product marketing on positioning, go-to-market planning, and launches.
  • Present AI Labs product progress to executives and the board.

Requirements

  • Experience building 0-to-1 products within a larger company.
  • Track record shipping AI-native products, or transformative features/modules, with demonstrated adoption.
  • Fluency in AI-assisted development workflows, including tools such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex.
  • Ability to drive outcomes through influence and precision without directly managing engineering.
  • Commercial mindset and experience partnering with marketing on positioning and go-to-market.
  • Collaborative, low-ego approach with the ability to build credibility across engineering and peer teams.
  • Experience in SaaS, SMB, or document/workflow products is preferred.
