Description

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI-native agreement experiences.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and validation through launch, adoption, and improvement.
  • Design intelligent, agentic workflows with emphasis on reliability, transparency, and user control.
  • Define product requirements and partner with engineering on technical trade-offs and scalable delivery.
  • Conduct customer and market research, experimentation, and prototyping to validate opportunities.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, adoption, revenue potential, and ROI.
  • Define success metrics and use evidence to guide product decisions.
  • Build stakeholder alignment through clear product narratives and strategic communication.
  • Remove blockers, challenge assumptions, and drive ideas toward measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of end-to-end product management experience in high-growth or large-scale B2B/B2C SaaS companies.
  • Proven experience independently identifying opportunities and leading products or major initiatives from concept to measurable impact.
  • Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered products, including understanding of LLMs, agentic workflows, evaluation, reliability, cost, and performance trade-offs.
  • Strong customer discovery, problem-solving, experimentation, and product requirements skills.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities, prioritize effectively, and connect near-term execution with long-term strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and influence across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong technical fluency, including architectural trade-offs, product metrics, experimentation, and instrumentation.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and independent execution.
  • Experience founding a startup, building independent products, AI-native products, workflow automation, document processing, or agreement management is preferred.
  • Experience with hands-on prototyping using AI development tools is preferred.
