Description

  • Develop, maintain, and prioritise the product roadmap based on customer needs, business objectives, and engineering capacity.
  • Track delivery milestones, dependencies, blockers, risks, and stakeholder commitments.
  • Gather feedback from buyers, sellers, regional partners, and internal operations teams.
  • Translate business and customer problems into product briefs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Review requirements for completeness, clarity, and consistency before engineering handoff.
  • Evaluate buyer mobile journeys, seller fulfilment processes, and internal administration workflows for usability improvements.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing, document defects, verify fixes, and confirm features meet acceptance criteria.
  • Provide clear updates on decisions, progress, risks, and next steps to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Use AI tools for research, analysis, documentation, and requirements reviews while validating generated outputs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or software delivery within a technology-focused business.
  • Ability to understand technical discussions and convert loosely defined needs into actionable requirements.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and assumptions.
  • Good UX judgement for mobile applications and task-oriented operational workflows.
  • Experience conducting hands-on product testing and validating feature outcomes.
  • Comfort using project management, collaboration, and AI-powered productivity tools.
  • Experience with B2B marketplaces, e-commerce, logistics, order fulfilment, mobile applications, SaaS, APIs, or third-party integrations preferred.
  • Understanding of ordering, substitutions, deliveries, invoicing, and customer support workflows preferred.
