Description

  • Own the Sales systems roadmap, requirements, and delivery for Salesforce CRM, opportunity management, forecasting, and territory management.
  • Partner with Sales and Renewals business operations to define functional solutions for core sales processes.
  • Own SOX-related IT deliverables for GTM systems, including controls documentation, audit support, and compliance with change and access policies.
  • Serve as the primary IT liaison for internal and external SOX audit activities.
  • Maintain oversight of Marketing and Web Marketing systems and align integrations with Sales and Finance platforms.
  • Align roadmap priorities across Sales Operations, Finance, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and executive leadership.
  • Identify and drive improvements in end-to-end GTM processes such as quote generation, order booking, and sales forecasting.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through UAT and global rollout.
  • Use data to identify trends in sales performance and system health, and recommend technical improvements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Enterprise Architects to ensure scalable, secure, well-integrated systems and reduce technical debt.
  • Lead change management for major system initiatives and drive adoption through communication and enablement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in an IT Product Manager or Business Systems Analyst role.
  • Demonstrated expertise across Sales, Revenue Operations, or Finance systems.
  • Broad familiarity with Marketing technology is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of SOX IT general controls, change management requirements, and audit processes for enterprise systems.
  • Experience designing scalable architectures within Salesforce, including CPQ.
  • Experience designing multi-system GTM environments that minimize technical debt and support complex business models.
  • Proven experience managing integration touchpoints across CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Good understanding of Sales and Renewals business operational processes.
  • General familiarity with Marketing Automation and Web Marketing tools is valued but not required at a deep level.
  • Ability to write SOQL/SQL queries for analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with Data Loader and ETL tools for migration and reporting projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis, audit readiness, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with technical teams, Finance, Sales leadership, and executive stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certifications such as CPQ Specialist or Administrator are highly preferred.
  • SOX or audit-related certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development and productivity tools such as Claude Code or CoWork is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $193,400 to $290,200 USD.
