Description

  • Execute alliance strategy through partner planning, sales acceleration, and pipeline generation initiatives.
  • Increase partner-initiated deals by positioning Rubrik’s technologies within the global partner ecosystem.
  • Facilitate account mappings and qualification meetings that move target accounts into POCs and closed deals.
  • Deliver enablement and training sessions for partner SEs and sales teams.
  • Represent Rubrik’s vision at partner events and meetings with both partner stakeholders and end customers.
  • Work cross-functionally with Field Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to deepen partner integrations and go-to-market execution.
  • Support quarterly and yearly sales planning, co-marketing activities, and joint interlocks across enterprise accounts.
  • Manage forecasting, reporting metrics, and data-driven sales activities.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of the Data Management, Data Protection, and Storage markets.
  • Experience selling competitive Backup and Recovery solutions.
  • Track record of supporting pipeline generation and executing alliance programs within partner ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, initiate, and support deal closure in partnership with account teams.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and partner audiences.
  • Established network within the alliance and channel partner landscape.
  • Prior experience executing joint GTM strategies with Tier-1 vendors such as Pure Storage or Cisco (preferred).
  • Experience supporting quarterly/yearly sales planning, co-marketing activities, and joint interlocks across enterprise accounts (preferred).
  • Proficiency in forecasting, reporting metrics, and managing data-driven sales activities (preferred).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $184,200 to $198,000 USD for SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC, and Seattle roles.
  • Base salary range of $165,750 to $181,500 USD for all other U.S. offices/remote roles.
  • Eligible to earn commissions under the company’s written Incentive Compensation Plan.
  • Eligible for equity.
