Description

  • Lead commercial growth across North America through direct enterprise sales and partner-led expansion.
  • Own a senior sales quota spanning new business, partner-sourced opportunities, and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Develop and manage relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners across the region.
  • Identify, develop, and close complex new business opportunities across direct and indirect channels.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans with MSPs, systems integrators, networking partners, VARs, and channel organizations.
  • Build executive-level relationships with customer stakeholders, partner leaders, sales teams, and technical decision-makers.
  • Position Purple’s solutions across guest WiFi, secure onboarding, identity-based access, analytics, engagement, and intelligent venue connectivity.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales leadership to drive repeatable commercial success.
  • Support partner enablement by strengthening commercial understanding, technical alignment, and solution positioning.
  • Represent Purple at industry events, networking forums, customer meetings, and partner engagements across North America.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in enterprise sales or channel roles in technology, SaaS, networking, connectivity, cybersecurity, or a related industry.
  • Experience working with partner-led sales models, MSPs, integrators, VARs, or broader channel ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to open opportunities, build relationships, and close strategic new business deals.
  • Comfort operating in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales environments.
  • Strong executive presence and excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build credibility quickly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Motivation to work in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment and help shape a strategically important region.
  • Experience with direct enterprise sales and partner-led growth strategies (preferred).

  • Salary of $70,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience.
