Description

  • Architect and scale international sales enablement programs from onboarding through advanced value selling.
  • Translate global enablement initiatives into localized regional execution for EMEA and APJ markets.
  • Assess sales team skills and performance to identify regional readiness gaps.
  • Serve as the strategic partner to EMEA and APJ General Managers and align enablement KPIs with revenue targets.
  • Manage onboarding programs that reduce time-to-productivity for new hires across multiple time zones.
  • Drive adoption of Rubrik’s sales methodology to improve pipeline qualification and deal execution consistency.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to launch training for new features across Rubrik Security Cloud and Rubrik Agent Cloud.
  • Oversee partner enablement by adapting internal sales materials for distributors and resellers.
  • Scale regional Tech Champion and Sales Champion programs within the partner ecosystem.
  • Track and report enablement impact using CRM and sales engagement tools, and own key performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership within a high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity environment.
  • 5+ years of experience leading international teams and managing remote staff across EMEA and APJ.
  • Deep understanding of international business practices and the competitive cybersecurity market.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Highspot or Seismic, and LMS platforms.
  • Experience with AI-assisted coaching tools is a major plus.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to present clearly to senior leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where the product landscape changes frequently.
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Command of the Message is preferred.
  • Background building systems and frameworks that drive predictable revenue is preferred.
