Description

  • Own BDR onboarding and ramp to get new hires to first SAL and full productivity quickly and predictably.
  • Develop core BDR skills through coaching, group training, assessments, and targeted programs across outbound, inbound, and AM segments.
  • Own and evolve BDR University to prepare reps for full-cycle sales roles.
  • Partner with BDR and Sales leadership and RevOps to identify performance gaps and align on priorities.
  • Drive adoption of processes, messaging, and tools across the BDR team.
  • Translate competing priorities into clear, enforceable standards for BDR execution.
  • Support Go-to-Market Kickoff, summer SABRs, and org-wide training with the broader enablement team.
  • Keep process and sales skill documentation organized and accessible in Highspot.
  • Track enablement priorities, timelines, and dependencies and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Explore and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily work to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in BDR enablement, BDR leadership, or a high-velocity sales environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain systems that bring clarity to high-volume, fast-moving work.
  • Ability to manage competing inputs and push back when needed to maintain focus and standards.
  • Comfort working with senior leaders and translating direction into clear execution.
  • Strong coaching and development orientation for early-career sellers.
  • Experience organizing documentation and enablement content in Highspot (preferred).
  • Familiarity with using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency (preferred).
  • Ability to work a permanent, full-time remote schedule within the U.S. or select Canadian provinces.
  • No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available.
  • Candidates living in Indianapolis, IN may work from company headquarters.
