Description

  • Lead development and execution of go-to-market learning strategies to ensure alignment, documentation, and market readiness.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, Sales, and CX to align messaging, GTM motions, and enablement resources.
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure GTM effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform strategy and GTM planning.
  • Lead adoption of new processes and tools using ADKAR in partnership with Sales and CX Enablement teams.
  • Manage and develop the GTM Enablement team and align priorities to support Sales and Customer Experience outcomes.
  • Foster relationships across Revenue Enablement verticals and other stakeholder groups.
  • Support change management efforts tied to organizational priorities and new initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in GTM strategy, RevOps, or enablement.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using performance metrics to turn insights into action.
  • CRM experience such as Salesforce or Gainsight preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desire for continuous improvement and a continual learning mindset.
  • Experience navigating complex or ambiguous environments and building vision in evolving situations.

  • Salary range of $90,400–$124,400 base pay.
