Description

  • Develop and manage scalable through-partner marketing programs that generate partner-sourced leads, meetings, and pipeline.
  • Evolve channel marketing programs, resources, and tools to drive partner-sourced demand.
  • Develop and track partner demand metrics to measure program impact.
  • Own quarterly partner marketing plans, including creation, execution, and budget management.
  • Educate and align internal stakeholders and partners on strategy, initiatives, and programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner marketing and sales stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with channel sales, channel marketing, field marketing, and sales marketing teams to build partner marketing plans.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across the business and with external partners.
  • Create and execute unique marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders through written and verbal communication.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Partner marketing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and scale enterprise-level marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities and disciplines.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • High energy, a can-do attitude, and the ability to execute with urgency.
  • In-depth understanding of the reseller partner ecosystem.
  • IT industry experience with knowledge of cloud and cyber is preferred.
  • Experience working with enterprise-scale national reseller partners such as Ahead, Guidepoint, ePlus, SHI, CDW, Insight, Trace3, Presidio, or WWT is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $144,400 to $216,600 USD for SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC, and Seattle roles.
  • Base salary range of $130,000 to $195,000 USD for all other U.S. offices or remote roles.
  • Eligible for bonus potential.
  • Eligible for equity.
  • Benefits are included in the total compensation package.
  • Remote work is available, as indicated by the #LI-REMOTE designation.
