Description

  • Convert assigned sales opportunities into RTB House customers.
  • Own the sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach through deal closing.
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects through phone, email, and other channels.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Conduct in-depth research and develop tailored strategic business plans for assigned accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver formal proposals to potential clients.
  • Update the CRM regularly with activity and pipeline status for existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and account management to grow and retain strategic clients.
  • Provide customer relationship management that drives client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Travel up to 20% domestically for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in sales within retail or e-commerce online sectors.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to sell in a consultative style.
  • Highly analytical mindset.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience as a strong influencer with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry, performance marketing, and the RTB model is preferred.
  • Compensation is informed by experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically.
  • Candidates do not need to meet every qualification to apply.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $145,000 to $180,000.
  • Estimated OTE of $290,000 to $360,000 including base salary and commission.
