Description

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline within MongoDB’s most strategic accounts.
  • Drive product adoption across owned lines of business and business units within each account.
  • Pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities by building relationships with executives and multi-level champions.
  • Align account activities to customer key initiatives and long-term goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Product, and internal sales teams to improve adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly quotas for net new workloads, net annual recurring revenue, and professional services.
  • Invest in ongoing self-development to strengthen sales and technical capabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying closing role or strategic account-based selling experience.
  • Experience selling complex SaaS and/or cloud products or services.
  • Proven track record of overachievement through self-generated pipeline and sales target attainment.
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology in both verbal and written form.
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and tenacious approach with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Passion for growing a career in the database software market through continuous development of sales and technical skills.
  • Preference for candidates located in Atlanta, Boston, New York, Toronto, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington D.C., or Austin.
