Description

  • Own the long-term Sales Operations strategy aligned to revenue growth, go-to-market motion, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Build scalable processes, standards, systems, and CRM architecture in HubSpot.
  • Oversee forecasting activities and develop multi-level forecasting and reporting frameworks.
  • Own sales compensation design, quota setting, territory design, and incentive administration.
  • Partner with Finance, Data, Growth, Marketing, BD, People Ops, and Marketplace leadership on operational alignment.
  • Drive lead management, routing, funnel optimization, and sales lifecycle process improvement.
  • Develop dashboards, KPI tracking, and market-level performance analytics.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Ops team while establishing operating cadences and accountability.
  • Evaluate and implement additional sales technology tools and improve automation and documentation.
  • Support strategic planning, capacity modeling, OKR planning, and GTM expansions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy roles, including at least 5 years leading teams.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or startup environments.
  • Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot CRM design, sales automation, reporting, and lifecycle configuration.
  • Deep experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management frameworks, and revenue predictability.
  • Demonstrated success designing sales compensation plans, quotas, and performance incentive systems.
  • Strong collaboration experience with Data and Finance teams on reporting, ETL/data source issues, attribution, and forecasting.
  • Ability to set vision and drive execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong analytical problem solving with mastery of spreadsheets, dashboards, and data interpretation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Experience scaling Sales Ops teams from early stage to growth phase, working in online marketplaces or multi-sided platforms, using advanced forecasting models or RevOps tools such as Clay, BoostUp, or Gong.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $180,000-$230,000 for Tier 1 locations, $160,000-$210,000 for Tier 2, $150,000-$195,000 for Tier 3, and $145,000-$185,000 for Tier 4.
  • Remote-first company with a hybrid option if based in San Francisco.
