Description

  • Own the SMB go-to-market operations roadmap by identifying the highest-value process and operational improvements with analysts and sales leaders.
  • Lead complex cross-functional strategic projects from conception through execution, including initiatives such as launching new sales teams.
  • Manage and coach a team of analysts, aligning their daily work to company priorities and supporting professional development.
  • Continuously improve processes, workflows, and tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of go-to-market operations.
  • Resolve operational system and process issues quickly so frontline teams can sell without friction.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to prioritize, scope, and execute initiatives that support revenue growth.
  • Oversee the execution of multiple operational initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
  • 4+ years of experience managing a team.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing ongoing operational processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop solutions to complex business problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in a people leadership role within SMB go-to-market operations (preferred).
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment (role may be performed remotely for most US-based candidates).
