Description

  • Support the Senior Product Manager across strategic operations work streams.
  • Translate business priorities into technical product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
  • Lead scoping calls and produce clear written outputs for product delivery.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Client Success to define and deliver capabilities.
  • Drive work across discovery, planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch iteration.
  • Own roadmap development projects through requirements, delivery, release readiness, documentation, and enablement.
  • Maintain an intake and triage process for enhancement requests and operational work.
  • Track platform risks, recurring operational gaps, dependencies, timelines, and status across initiatives.
  • Analyze data, client feedback, and market signals to inform product decisions and feature improvements.
  • Oversee product documentation, release notes, internal enablement materials, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Technical Product Management, Product Management, or technical project leadership experience at a software company.
  • Experience working on data, AI, ecommerce, marketplace, pricing, or content optimization products (preferred).
  • Experience partnering with Engineering and Data Science teams on APIs, data workflows, analytics, or automation capabilities.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
  • Experience reading and interpreting API requirements and technical documentation, including REST concepts, authentication patterns, payloads, and webhooks.
  • Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Experience with the Rithum for Brands (ChannelAdvisor) platform (preferred).
  • Intrapreneurial or founder mindset (preferred).
  • Experience using AI tooling for documentation, requirements gathering, or building solutions (preferred).
  • Experience with JIRA, Notion, backlog tools, documentation tooling, and basic data analysis (preferred).
  • Up to 10% travel required.
