Description

  • Own the technical go-to-market strategy for new AI agents and screening products across partner platforms and customer systems.
  • Manage the product roadmap for Bullhorn, Symplr CTM, Workday, the partner ecosystem, and future integrations.
  • Define integration data flows, status mappings, error handling, standardization, and partner-specific accommodations.
  • Lead integration discovery, solution design, scoping, demos, and implementation discussions with customers.
  • Partner with engineering on API and developer experience, including endpoints, webhooks, versioning, deprecation, error semantics, sandbox testing, and documentation.
  • Work directly with external partner product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps and deliver integrations.
  • Create configuration and enablement tools that allow Implementation teams to launch integrations with less engineering support.
  • Equip Support teams with clear integration guidance and convert recurring issues into product roadmap improvements.
  • Translate customer, partner, and internal feedback into clear, prioritized product requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including meaningful ownership of integrations, APIs, or platform products.
  • Experience managing integrations across multiple systems and understanding varied integration patterns.
  • Direct experience owning partner or API integrations as ongoing products rather than one-time projects.
  • Ability to make standardize-versus-accommodate decisions and manage their long-term effects.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills, including product demos, technical sales, discovery, scoping, and implementation support.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, data models, and error handling.
  • Ability to produce clear, written, prioritized requirements from varied stakeholder input.
  • Experience collaborating with external partner teams and influencing roadmaps outside your direct control.
  • Experience in healthcare staffing, background screening, credentialing, or compliance preferred.
  • Familiarity with ATS, VMS, HCM, or HRIS platforms such as Bullhorn, Symplr, or Workday; API product, developer experience, or AI integration experience is also preferred.
