Description

  • Own the roadmap for shared platform services, including workflow orchestration, conversational AI, business rules, unified access, and entitlements.
  • Define how product teams consume reusable platform services and partner with Engineering on infrastructure and delivery sequencing.
  • Productize AI, agent-driven capabilities, data offerings, and integrations for financial and legal workflows.
  • Own the value stream backlog, quarterly outcomes, prioritization, trade-offs, and release delivery.
  • Lead and develop a team of domain and analyst professionals while influencing Engineering and business stakeholders.
  • Guide architectural and platform investment toward customer outcomes, adoption, retention, and revenue impact.
  • Establish governance for data access, security, auditability, permissions, and compliance in AI products and integrations.
  • Define value metrics, pricing, commercial models, and enablement materials for Sales and Services. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years leading product managers or end-to-end delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience productizing AI/ML or agentic capabilities into shipped B2B products.
  • Hands-on experience with platform or foundational services such as orchestration, identity, entitlements, rules engines, or shared data services.
  • Experience building data offerings on a cloud data platform or lakehouse such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake.
  • Experience packaging, pricing, and commercializing data products, platform integrations, connectors, or APIs.
  • Experience with data governance, access control, or compliance in regulated or sensitive-data environments.
  • Proven end-to-end delivery ownership, backlog management, outcome measurement, people leadership, and stakeholder communication.
  • B2B SaaS experience in ERP, financial systems, legal technology, or regulated industries preferred; Azure DevOps familiarity preferred.
  • Ability to travel 10–25%; must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and be able to perform primarily sedentary computer work.
