Description

  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, story pointing, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, including plans, milestones, timelines, resources, and critical paths.
  • Use AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and LLMs to improve project management productivity.
  • Identify and resolve technical or procedural dependencies and blockers.
  • Improve internal productivity through tooling, standardized processes, playbooks, documentation, testing automation, deployment scripts, and productized custom development.
  • Ensure deliverables meet safety and reliability standards for heavy industry environments.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact, managing expectations and providing progress updates.
  • Build relationships with client-side technical leads and plant managers.
  • Align Deployment, Support, Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams around customer requirements and delivery.
  • Support product roadmap alignment and end-to-end solution delivery.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of combined experience in engineering, product development, or technical program/project management.
  • Ability to discuss system architecture, design tradeoffs, and debugging with engineers.
  • Demonstrated daily experience using AI coding assistants, generative tools, and automated workflows.
  • Experience working across engineering, product, project management, and customer-facing teams.
  • Oil and gas domain knowledge is preferred.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic theory, fluid dynamics, or advanced control is preferred.
