Description

  • Partner with leadership on monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning.
  • Support headcount planning, financial reporting, cost control, and analysis.
  • Track and analyze spend across payroll, contractors, infrastructure, software, travel and entertainment, and other non-payroll expenses.
  • Prepare monthly variance analysis and leadership reporting, including explanation of key variance drivers.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, IT, Marketing, and other teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with company goals.
  • Translate financial data into insights that inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support cross-functional planning processes and communicate financial results to non-finance stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting.
  • Experience with Excel, including pivot tables and basic modeling, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with financial systems such as NetSuite or a similar ERP.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with non-finance partners.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or MBA preferred.
  • Prior experience with Pigment and Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience supporting c-suite level stakeholders preferred.
  • Understanding of general accounting principles, month-end close, and GL responsibilities preferred.
  • Comfort using AI tools such as chat-based assistants, summarization tools, and reporting copilots preferred.
  • Travel up to 10%.

  • Base salary range of $65,000-$95,000 per year.
  • 10% discretionary bonus for non-sales roles.
