Description

  • Partner with leadership on monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning.
  • Support headcount planning, financial reporting, cost control, and analysis.
  • Track and analyze spend across payroll, contractors, infrastructure, software, travel and entertainment, and other non-payroll expenses.
  • Prepare monthly variance analysis and leadership reporting, including explanations of key variance drivers.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Accounting, Procurement, IT, and Marketing to ensure data accuracy and alignment with company goals.
  • Translate financial data into insights that inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
  • Work with business partners to monitor financial results and identify trends.
  • Support planning processes and cross-functional financial analysis.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting.
  • Experience with Excel, including pivot tables and basic modeling, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with financial systems such as NetSuite or a similar ERP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with non-finance partners.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong planning and time management skills, including the ability to set objectives, prioritize work, and manage activities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or an MBA preferred.
  • Prior experience with Pigment and Salesforce preferred.
  • Prior experience supporting c-suite stakeholders preferred.
  • Understanding of general accounting principles, month-end close, and GL responsibilities preferred.
  • Comfort using AI tools such as chat-based assistants, summarization tools, and reporting copilots to support daily work preferred.
  • Travel up to 10%.

  • Expected base salary of $65,000-$95,000 per year.
  • Discretionary bonus of 10% of annual base salary.
