Description

  • Serve as the strategic advertising lead for a portfolio of high-value enterprise and strategic clients across digital marketing and retail media platforms.
  • Lead discovery and strategic planning sessions to define media strategies aligned with client objectives and platform capabilities.
  • Translate business goals into comprehensive media plans and oversee execution across budgets, bids, audiences, and creatives.
  • Provide performance analysis and recommendations using attribution, pacing, and ROAS to inform campaign strategy and investment decisions.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Product teams to align execution and product feedback with client goals.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Rithum’s media products and tools, educating clients on features, enhancements, and industry trends.
  • Mentor Advertising Account Managers and help improve team-wide executional consistency.
  • Stay current on emerging media channels, platform updates, and advertising trends to inform future strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, or ecommerce marketing, with success managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
  • Ability to develop strategic advertising plans that align with client business objectives and drive performance.
  • Hands-on experience with major platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Walmart Connect.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience performing in-depth analysis and presenting insights using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex advertising concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage and forecast advertising budgets and make data-driven decisions to maximize efficiency and performance.
  • Strong AI fluency with experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows to improve efficiency and analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, or ecommerce marketing, with success managing enterprise or strategic accounts (preferred).
  • Experience in a SaaS, agency, or eCommerce technology company (preferred).
  • Familiarity with retail media networks, digital merchandising, and performance attribution methodologies (preferred).
  • Previous experience mentoring or coaching peers or junior team members (preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
