Description

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention, renewals, and upselling.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Use sales tools and insights to prepare forecasts, track opportunities, and monitor performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and support campaign execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for further engagement and expansion within existing client accounts.
  • Work cross-functionally to help deliver successful client outcomes and revenue objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven background in account management, especially retaining and expanding existing client accounts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Proactive mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a sales environment is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Interest in working in a remote-first environment with flexible hours is a plus.
