Description

Own the success of business customers across a range of account sizes.
Communicate with customers day to day to maximize their business value.
Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
Ensure a seamless customer experience during product adoption and deployment.
Manage customer agreements, renewals, opportunity pipeline, and at-risk accounts.
Carry out strategic account management activities for B2B clients.
Proactively identify process improvements and contribute to team projects.
Visit clients on business trips when applicable.

Requirements

Several years of experience leading customer engagements with a proven track record of delivering positive results.
Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Creative, out-of-the-box thinking approach.
Data-driven sales approach with knowledge of or experience using key sales and mailing tools.
Experience working with international B2B clients is preferred.
Prior experience in the technology sector is preferred.
Strategic Account Management experience is preferred.

Benefits

Gross salary of 11,000–19,000 PLN per month plus bonuses.
