Description

  • Own the success of business customers across a range of account sizes.
  • Communicate with customers day to day to maximize their business value.
  • Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience during product adoption and deployment.
  • Manage customer agreements, renewals, opportunity pipeline, and at-risk accounts.
  • Carry out strategic account management activities for B2B clients.
  • Proactively identify process improvements and contribute to team projects.
  • Visit clients on business trips when applicable.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience leading customer engagements with a proven track record of delivering positive results.
  • Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking approach.
  • Data-driven sales approach with knowledge of or experience using key sales and mailing tools.
  • Experience working with international B2B clients is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the technology sector is preferred.
  • Strategic Account Management experience is preferred.
