Description

  • Manage client services across one or multiple accounts and serve as the main client contact.
  • Own the campaign process from inception through completion.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships aligned to business goals.
  • Provide confident counsel on client inquiries and represent Avalere Health’s capabilities.
  • Develop fluency in the client’s market, trends, influencers, competitors, and key stakeholders.
  • Communicate brand business objectives to internal teams through verbal and written updates.
  • Review and provide feedback on strategy, creative, technical, and analytics work in progress.
  • Interpret client and medical/regulatory/legal feedback for the agency team.
  • Manage congress and conference materials, email campaigns, social media, video, and digital projects.
  • Support finance, forecasting, scope documentation, project briefs, and SOW development.
  • Monitor revenue and profit, identify scope risks, and help mitigate them with account leadership.
  • Identify growth opportunities and support revenue expansion within assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in a pharma agency environment with digital tactics.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including HCP and/or DTC work.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and project teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing a pharma brand launch in rare disease is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to supervise client services direct reports on a day-to-day basis is preferred.
  • Experience supporting finance, forecasting, scope management, or SOW development is preferred.
