Description

  • Serve as the strategic advertising lead for a portfolio of high-value enterprise and strategic clients.
  • Lead discovery and strategic planning sessions to define media strategies aligned with client goals and platform capabilities.
  • Translate business goals into media plans and oversee campaign execution across budgets, bids, audiences, and creatives.
  • Provide advanced performance analysis and insights to inform strategy, investment decisions, pacing, attribution, and ROAS.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and proactively identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Product teams to align execution and product feedback with client needs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Rithum’s media products and tooling, educating clients on features, enhancements, and industry trends.
  • Mentor Advertising Account Managers and contribute to internal best-practice sharing and execution consistency.
  • Stay current on emerging media channels, platform updates, and advertising trends to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, or ecommerce marketing, with success managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic advertising plans that align with client business objectives.
  • Hands-on experience with major platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Walmart Connect.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience presenting insights using dashboard and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Exceptional communication skills for translating complex advertising concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and forecast advertising budgets using data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong AI fluency and experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows to improve efficiency and analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, or ecommerce marketing preferred.
  • Experience in a SaaS, agency, or eCommerce technology company preferred.
  • Familiarity with retail media networks, digital merchandising, and performance attribution methodologies preferred.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching peers or junior team members preferred.
  • Up to 10% travel required.

  • Base salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per year.
