Description

  • Design and run structured A/B and multivariate tests across paid creative, landing pages, offers, and funnel steps.
  • Build and maintain a testing roadmap prioritized by expected impact on CAC and conversion rate.
  • Own Meta and Google campaign execution, including audience strategy, bid management, and budget allocation.
  • Partner with engineering on landing page and funnel experiments from hypothesis through result analysis.
  • Manage the creative testing pipeline by briefing UGC and ad creative, running hook tests, and iterating quickly.
  • Own pixel and attribution integrity across Meta Pixel, custom funnel events, and HubSpot tracking.
  • Maintain a living testing log with hypotheses, results, and next actions for every experiment.
  • Report weekly on CAC, ROAS, consult booking rate, and lead quality with test-driven analysis.
  • Use test results to continuously improve paid acquisition and funnel performance.
  • Work independently with high ownership over budget and performance outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in growth or performance marketing for a DTC health, wellness, or telehealth brand.
  • Formal A/B testing experience is required, including designing, running, and documenting structured experiments at scale.
  • Strong understanding of test design, including sample sizing, statistical significance, holdout groups, and avoiding false positives.
  • Deep expertise in Meta advertising, including creative testing, audience strategy, and funnel optimization.
  • Solid experience with Google Ads, including search and YouTube.
  • Experience navigating health advertising compliance on Meta and Google in a regulated category.
  • Direct response mindset focused on CAC and payback period.
  • Comfort owning a budget and a key performance number independently.
  • Agency background with hands-on paid campaign ownership across DTC or health clients is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with GLP-1, weight loss, or telehealth categories is a bonus.
  • Experience with multivariate testing tools such as VWO or Optimizely is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and Meta Pixel attribution is a bonus.
  • Ability to submit an application in English and communicate professionally in English.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours.
  • Open to candidates based in approved locations, depending on role and business needs.
