Description

  • Develop relationships with online brands and retailers and close new business opportunities across the EMEA region.
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting through product demonstrations, contract negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Build a self-sourced pipeline through outbound prospecting and maintain strong prospect relationships.
  • Lead discovery sessions, in-person presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Identify customer pain points and develop compelling business cases to address their needs.
  • Use Salesforce and other sales tools to track activity, forecast pipeline, and manage revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and solutions engineering to support deal execution and shape future product direction.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to align revenue strategy with company objectives and quarterly targets.
  • Apply Rithum’s selling methodology and consistently meet quota and qualified opportunity generation goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience in a closing role with key accounts of $50M–$1B+ in revenue.
  • Proven success managing 3+ month sales cycles, including procurement, legal, and compliance processes.
  • Documented history of closing $50K+ ACV deals, including multi-year contracts.
  • Consistent quota attainment of 100%+ for 4+ consecutive quarters in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Ability to build pipeline through self-generated outbound prospecting, with 40–60+ daily touchpoints and 10+ qualified meetings per month.
  • Strong hunter mindset with resilience, persistence, and accountability for pipeline creation.
  • Mastery of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, Miller Heiman, or Solution Selling.
  • Experience selling complex platforms or solutions in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience engaging C-suite and senior executive stakeholders to close new-logo deals and expansions.
  • Strong deal strategy and negotiation skills, including pricing, ROI justification, and defending business cases with executives.
  • Ability to manage 10+ concurrent opportunities while balancing prospecting, deal progression, and follow-up.
  • Exceptional executive communication and presence, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Disciplined use of CRM and sales engagement tools; Salesforce preferred, with tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Client Success, and Solutions Engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, preferred.
  • Experience selling into commerce, retail technology, marketplaces, or digital ecosystem platforms, preferred.
  • Experience selling into multi-division or decentralized buying environments, preferred.
  • Familiarity with partner- or channel-influenced sales motions, preferred.
  • Experience positioning data-driven or AI-powered solutions, preferred.
  • Up to 50% travel required.
