Description

  • Own the full outbound sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close with mid-market merchants.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through cold outreach, social selling, targeted campaigns, and other outbound strategies.
  • Develop tailored multi-product solutions across Square’s ecosystem for each merchant’s needs.
  • Partner with Business Development on lead flow while independently driving net-new logo acquisition.
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and negotiations across multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Act as a consultant and trusted advisor across prospecting, closing, and account management needs as required.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Implementation, and Operations to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a full-cycle closing role.
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals across a diverse product ecosystem.
  • Ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Business development experience, including new logo sourcing and acquisition.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Prior Salesforce experience or equivalent CRM experience.
  • Experience selling multi-product solutions is preferred.
  • Experience in outbound sales environments is preferred.
