Description

  • Develop and own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plans.
  • Source new prospects from inbound and self-generated leads.
  • Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
  • Close new business and install base opportunities at or above quota on a monthly cadence.
  • Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders and directly to C-level buyers.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot marketing and technology teams to adapt sales strategy as new products and features launch.
  • Deliver online and occasional in-person product demonstrations.
  • Respond to legal, security, procurement questionnaires and RFPs.
  • Sell the full growth platform, with a strong focus on the Enterprise license.
  • Work with internal teams such as Legal, Finance, and Security on complex contract requirements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of closing sales experience.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Experience with accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • A proven record of high performance, such as over-quota attainment or President's Club recognition.
  • Strong goal focus and a disciplined approach to achieving targets.
  • Strong communication, time management, and adaptability for remote work success.
  • Experience working in a high-growth scale-up environment (preferred).
  • Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry (preferred).
  • Humility and enthusiasm in day-to-day work (preferred).

Benefits

  • Annual cash compensation range of €138,800 to €183,200 EUR.
  • On-target commission included for eligible roles.
  • Annual bonus targets available under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles.
  • Eligibility to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan with restricted stock units (RSUs) for some roles.
  • Flexible work location in the Republic of Ireland: office, flex, or remote.
  • Support for remote and hybrid work arrangements, including onboarding and in-person team events where applicable.
  • A transparent compensation approach based on objective, role-related criteria.
