Description

  • Lead the rollout of AI-driven enablement programs and drive adoption of human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Serve as the primary enablement partner for the US region and support regional GTM leadership.
  • Act as the central connector between Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations to align global strategies with field needs.
  • Build feedback loops to ensure enablement programs are effective for US BD, AE, and AM teams.
  • Develop high-touch coaching, peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, and executive alignment sessions.
  • Translate complex AI initiatives into practical, human-centric sales strategies.
  • Foster continuous learning and integrate AI into the daily habits and culture of the GTM organization.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Leadership, or GTM Strategy in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience building and managing initiatives that integrate AI tools such as Gong, generative AI, or predictive analytics into sales workflows.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus across complex, cross-functional organizations.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical or strategic concepts into compelling narratives for executives and frontline teams.
  • Experience in coaching and mentorship with a focus on emotional intelligence and soft-skill development in a technical sales environment.
  • Ability to use CRM and LMS data to influence behavior and tell a story, rather than only report on metrics.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-region enablement environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are preferred.

  • Base salary of $115K–$130K for candidates performing the role wholly or partly in New York City.
