Description

  • Own the end-to-end enablement strategy for the Commerce Platform sales organization.
  • Design structured onboarding programs that accelerate ramp and time-to-productivity.
  • Build and implement certification frameworks for Commerce Platform sellers.
  • Develop selling programs for consultative discovery, ROI storytelling, objection handling, and upsell motions.
  • Create deep product knowledge curricula and competitive positioning frameworks.
  • Establish and track leading and lagging indicators tied to enablement and revenue outcomes.
  • Govern the enablement calendar for product launches, tool rollouts, process changes, and messaging updates.
  • Partner with Sales leadership, Product, Marketing, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Strategy & Operations to execute coordinated enablement.
  • Define and institutionalize a coaching partnership model with frontline sales leaders.
  • Create dashboards and reporting to measure program impact and review results in business reviews.
  • Continuously refine enablement programming based on field feedback, performance data, and business priorities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or a related go-to-market function.
  • Experience with SaaS or multi-product platform sales is preferred.
  • Experience designing and executing structured onboarding and ramp programs in complex consultative selling environments.
  • Experience building certification programs and skills-based enablement curricula tied to measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and the drivers of product adoption, tier upgrades, and revenue growth.
  • Ability to build performance dashboards that connect enablement inputs to revenue outputs.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment in matrixed environments without formal authority.
  • Strong prioritization discipline and ability to protect field capacity.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce and Outreach, as well as learning management systems.
  • Fluency in modern AI-enabled sales and productivity tools is required or strongly preferred, with ability to use AI for enablement, coaching, content creation, and diagnostics.
