Description

  • Create and maintain sales content including product one-pagers, pitch decks, competitive briefs, customer stories, and solution overviews.
  • Translate complex technical concepts such as APIs, card lifecycle events, authorization logic, and risk controls into clear narratives for sellers and customers.
  • Support readiness for new product releases by developing content that explains capabilities, use cases, and differentiation.
  • Maintain the sales content library so materials are organized, searchable, and version-controlled.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Solutions Engineering to gather insights and turn them into accurate enablement assets.
  • Assist with onboarding content, including role-specific guides, micro-learning modules, and process documentation.
  • Track content usage and feedback to identify gaps and improve content quality and relevance.
  • Support enablement programs such as sales training, product deep dives, and GTM readiness cycles.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, or a related GTM role, preferably in fintech.
  • Strong writing and content-creation skills with the ability to simplify complex or technical information.
  • Familiarity with fintech concepts such as payments, APIs, compliance, or financial services workflows.
  • Proficiency with presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Comfort working with enablement platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple content requests at once.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience supporting sales teams in a fintech, payments, or financial services environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with enablement platforms or LMS tools is preferred.
  • Ability to create visual or multimedia content such as graphics, diagrams, or short videos is preferred.
  • Interest in learning sales methodologies, product-led growth motions, and fintech regulatory frameworks is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $103,900-$129,000 nationally, $112,500-$140,600 in Premium locations, and $122,200-$152,800 in Premium Plus locations.
