Description

  • Lead the rollout of AI-driven enablement programs and support human-in-the-loop adoption across GTM teams.
  • Serve as the primary enablement partner for the US region and represent US GTM leaders within the global framework.
  • Act as a central connector between Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations to align global strategy with field execution.
  • Build and maintain executive alignment and high-touch relationships with leadership and frontline teams.
  • Develop continuous learning programs through coaching, peer knowledge sharing, and enablement sessions.
  • Translate complex AI, technical, and strategic initiatives into clear, actionable sales narratives and workflows.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback loops to improve how global initiatives work for US field teams.
  • Use CRM and LMS insights to support behavior change and measure enablement impact.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Leadership, or GTM Strategy in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience building and managing initiatives that integrate AI tools such as Gong, generative AI, or predictive analytics into sales workflows.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex cross-functional organizations and build consensus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical or strategic concepts for executives and frontline contributors.
  • Experience in coaching and mentorship with a focus on emotional intelligence and soft-skill development in a technical sales environment.
  • Ability to use CRM and LMS data to tell a story and drive behavior change, not just report numbers.
  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional setting is strongly implied by the role's scope.
  • People-first leadership style and a strong connector mindset are essential for success in this role.

  • Base salary range of $115K–$130K for candidates performing the role wholly or partly in New York City.
  • Full-time employees receive a bonus target.
