Description

  • Own day-to-day client relationship management, including proactive communication, documentation, guidance, and stakeholder support.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel B2SMB affiliate and partnership strategies aligned to client goals and sales cycles.
  • Manage end-to-end B2SMB partnership programs, including strategy, execution, optimization, and program operations.
  • Source, recruit, and activate strategic partners such as marketplaces, publishers, agencies, communities, consultants, and B2B influencers.
  • Collaborate with existing partners to improve pipeline growth, lead quality, and revenue attribution.
  • Deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewals to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Manage budgets across affiliate, referral, and partner channels with a focus on CAC efficiency, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
  • Provide performance reporting on lead quality, funnel progression, partner ROI, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing B2SMB affiliate, referral, or partner programs.
  • Proven success driving customer acquisition or pipeline growth through partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of B2B buying cycles, attribution challenges, and the partner ecosystem.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to leadership and documenting performance.
  • Analytical approach to partnership marketing and decision-making.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on partner activation.
  • Experience negotiating contracts, setting partner terms, and growing mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Experience in SaaS, FinTech, B2B services, or prosumer subscription models.
  • Familiarity with partner tech stacks such as Impact, PartnerStack, Everflow, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
  • Understanding of how other marketing channels work together to drive growth.
