Description

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified ABA professionals, including BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
  • Use proactive sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate recruitment processes with hiring managers and clinical leadership.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and culture fit.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top ABA talent.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process to support a positive candidate experience.
  • Meet recruitment goals within established timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven recruitment experience in ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health sectors preferred.
  • Ability to actively source candidates through multiple channels beyond simply posting jobs.
  • Experience recruiting clinical roles such as BCBAs, RBTs, or Behavior Technicians is a plus.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at once.
  • Ability to work U.S. hours from South Africa (9 AM - 5 PM EST).
