Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles and corporate functions, partnering with senior leadership on hiring plans and job descriptions.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for passive talent across different candidate profiles and functions.
  • Build and maintain structured interview frameworks, including technical assessments and case-based interviews.
  • Advise hiring managers on role scoping, quality bars, and equitable interview processes.
  • Use Greenhouse data to identify pipeline bottlenecks, build dashboards, and improve recruiting performance.
  • Strengthen Clover’s talent brand to attract mission-aligned candidates.
  • Collaborate with People Operations on large-scale initiatives and help evolve talent acquisition strategy.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute as a strategic partner to the broader talent team.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • At least 2 years of in-house recruiting experience at a tech company, health-tech company, or high-growth startup.
  • Proven experience hiring across both technical and corporate roles.
  • Strong Greenhouse or comparable ATS proficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and build recruiting playbooks from scratch.
  • Data-driven approach to sourcing and process improvement.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across different stakeholder levels.
  • Fluency with AI tools and data-driven sourcing strategies is preferred.
